The Iliad – Finding Humanist Themes in a Classic Text

This module seeks to acquaint students with the connections between humanist themes in classical texts and early modern texts. Specifically, these lessons on the Iliad are meant to get students acquainted with some of the themes they will encounter in an upcoming anchor text for the class, Shakespeare’s Macbeth.
