50 Years and Beyond:Philadelphia after the Emancipation Proclamation December 4, 2017

This unit gives a snapshot of Philadelphia 50 years following the issue of the Emancipation Proclamation, which was signed on January 1, 1863 by President Lincoln. We will look at W.E.B.
