The 2025 Spring Curriculum Units are now available to view on our website! The following four seminars were held in spring 2024; use the links below to explore the units written in each one:
- Diverse Children’s Literature: Literary Art, Cultural Artifact and Contested Terrain, led by Wanda Brooks
- Introduction to Cognitive Science: Uncovering the Machine in the Mind, led by Russell Richie
- Robots And Smart Tech for Physical Therapy, led by Michelle Johnson
- The Soviet World in Literature, led by Kevin Platt
During these seminars, School District of Philadelphia teachers learned new content from university scholars and put it into curriculum units to take back to their classrooms. These curriculum units, which span different grade levels and subjects, help teachers to cover required material in creative ways.
